Came in wrong color set and poor customer service

My items took more than 2 months to arrive and when they came, it wasn't the jade set. It was the dusty rose set. Prior to that, I have also wrote in to ask but nothing happens till I PM Danny. No explanation and no apologies. This is by far the worse online customer service experience I have thus far and I doubt I will order from here again.

Jade Scoop Set

I usually love C&K products, but I’m highly disappointed for the price and quality of this set. Washed it once and the cotton fabric is already balling. Material is cheap.
