Tall Jerks


This drill is all about getting the feeling of pushing yourself under the bar and practicing timing.

Start on your toes mimicking the drive in the jerk. From there, drop and push yourself down into the split.

Timing is key here. You want your arms to lock out and your feet to hit at the same time.

This is a great warm up drill to practice your timing, positions and connection to the bar.
