Caffeine and Kilos announces it's first online and in-person weightlifting competition! The 2021 Caffeine and Kilos Global Throwdown will be held on Sunday, September 26th LIVE AND IN PERSON in Belmont, CA and ONLINE.

Details:

• Must be a member of USA Weightlifting
• Top 3 men & women from online portion & in-person will win cash prize based on sinclair formula.  It doesn't matter how/where you compete, you're eligible to win.
• Online entries must provide video.
• Online athletes must complete weigh-in, snatch, and clean & jerk within specified time frame. (details at registration)
• Cash prize value will include a portion from every entry, total amount dependent on number of entries.
