The Invitational includes a one day team (pairs) fitness competition held at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center, Downtown Sacramento

$180 per team through June
$200 per team starting July 1

9:00 am - judges Briefing
9:30 am - Athlete Briefing
10:15 am - Heat 1 \ WOD 1 starts!
STANDARDS & WORKOUTS
Rx, Scaled or Masters? So many choices! Let us help you out. Rx Division athletes should be able to perform the CrossFit Open workouts as prescribed. Scaled Division athletes should be able to perform most of the CrossFit Open workouts, but needs to modify at least 1 of them.
