Membership Benefits
Access to exclusive members-only pricing — up to 40% off all Caffeine and Kilos product
• Access to exclusive digital content including training programs, workouts, meal plans, and more
• Members-only drops, early access to new products, and VIP-only perks
Note: The 40% discount does not apply to existing subscription products such as Coffee of the Month or any other recurring subscription products, and cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases or subscriptions.
Membership Agreement
These membership terms apply to all memberships purchased through CaffeineandKilos.com and are subject to change at any time. By opting into the membership through the checkbox at checkout or via a post-purchase offer, you agree to enter into an electronic contract with Caffeine and Kilos, Inc.
The membership terms in effect at the time of your sign-up will remain in place during your initial membership period. Any future amendments to these terms will take effect upon the next renewal period following the change.
Your use of the VIP Membership is subject to our full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, all available on CaffeineandKilos.com.
You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Caffeine and Kilos VIP Membership and purchase products under its benefits.
Digital Content Disclaimer
Members receive access to digital content such as fitness routines, training videos, and meal plans. Use this content at your own discretion and always consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness, dietary, or physical wellness program.
Do not participate in any physical activity or fitness plan provided if you have a condition that limits your capacity to safely do so, including but not limited to: heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgeries or injuries, pregnancy complications, or any condition requiring medical supervision.
Membership Fee
Caffeine and Kilos VIP Members will be charged $19.95 per month, with the first charge occurring 7 days after signup.
Discounted or promotional membership rates may be offered and, unless otherwise stated, will renew at the promotional rate until cancelled.
Automatic Monthly Renewal
Memberships renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that:
• You will gain access to all benefits immediately
• Your first charge of $19.95 will be processed 7 days after sign-up
• You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until cancellation, including any charges after a payment method has expired
Canceling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership anytime by contacting support@caffeineandkilos.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided. Upon cancellation, your access to membership benefits will end after your final paid term.
If you cancel and return to the store and attempt to access membership features or pricing, your payment method may be automatically charged for a new membership at the current rate.
Caffeine and Kilos reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership at any time and for any reason. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
