Thank you for your interest in Caffeine and Kilos wholesale apparel. Below are our terms and conditions, the entire list of items we sell through the wholesale program and an application. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at info@caffeineandkilos.com.
WHOLESALE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Wholesalers gain the ability to purchase Caffeine and Kilos apparel at a wholesale price for the purpose of resale. Wholesale prices are set at 50% off of retail pricing for most items but not all.
- Minimum order for your first wholesale purchase is $1,000, not including shipping or any import taxes/customs fees (buyer is responsible for shipping and for import taxes/fees on all international orders)
- Reorder minimum is $500
- Minimum quantities per item is 36
- Wholesalers must have their entire order sent to one address, not to multiple end customers.
- Participation in the Wholesaler program is contingent approval by Caffeine and Kilos and can be terminated at any time.
- Apparel bought through our wholesale program for resale in the United States, must be for a brick-and-mortar business
- Resellers absolutely cannot sell products on Amazon, eBay, or any other 3 party online retailer. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reseller's participation in this program.
- In general, online sales of our products ARE not permitted, except internationally. However, there may be exceptions to this rule. Reselling our products online is only allowed when approved by Caffeine and Kilos, in writing, in advance.
- We are very careful to keep the branding of all Caffeine and Kilos products consistent. For this reason, resellers may not create any marketing assets using C&K brand names or logos. Existing marketing assets will be provided to you. Customized marketing materials may be requested and our in-house design team will create them. In some cases, minimal costs for design and printing will be the responsibility of the reseller.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect orders must be returned within 5 days of receipt. All shipping fees for returns must be paid by the buyer.
- Returns of unopened products in brand new condition allowed within 15 days and will incur a 25% restocking fee. All shipping fees for returns must be paid by the buyer.
- Processing and shipping can take up to 3 weeks.
