50 Ways to Make Your Life a Little Better with Minimal Effort

Seriously--who wouldn't want to incrementally improve their life without really trying? Here's a list of 50 ways YOU can make your life that much better with little to no extra effort.
- Make your bed every morning.
- Practice active listening.
- Put a quart of water on your nightstand at night. When you wake up, chug it before you get out of bed.
- Always end your showers on cold, even if just for 5 deep breaths.
- When you're feeling frustrated, step away.
- Practice gratitude.
- Put money away every month… whether it's $10 or $500, it all adds up!
- Spend at least 10 minutes doing something you enjoy every day.
- Prioritize and make time for the people you love.
- Minimize screen time before bed.
- Get 10 minutes of sunshine every day.
- Bring fireball candies for long road trips to keep yourself awake.
