Hallowine Sangria

INGREDIENTS per pitcher

📍 1 bottle pinot noir
📍 2 cups apple cider
📍 1 apple, chopped
📍 1 pear, chopped
📍 3 cinnamon sticks

*For more macro friendly sangria, replace apple cider with 2 cups calorie free sparkling water and 2 chai tea bags (+ extra for stronger flavor if desired).

DIRECTIONS

Easiest cocktail ever: just put everything together in a cauldron of choice and refrigerate overnight! Serve cold. Like your heart.


Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS per glass

📍 1 part vodka (or vanilla vodka)
📍 1 part espresso (we recommend Night Train for this)
📍 1 part coffee liqueur (Kahlua works well here)
📍 3/4 oz pumpkin spice syrup (we like monin)

*For a more macro friendly martini, use a sugar free pumpkin spice syrup.

DIRECTIONS

Shake all your ingredients together and strain into a goosebump-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.


Moscary Mule

INGREDIENTS per glass

📍 3 oz apple juice
📍 4 oz hard apple cider
📍 1 oz bourbon
📍 1 oz cinnamon whiskey

*For a more macro friendly mule, replace apple juice with 3 oz calorie free sparkling water and 1 chai tea bag (+ extra for stronger flavor if desired).

DIRECTIONS

Fill a copper mug with crushed ice and pour in all your ingredients. Garnish with lime wedges, apple slices and cinnamon sticks. So good, it's scary.


Green with Envy Midori Sour

INGREDIENTS per glass

📍 2 oz gin
📍 2 oz lemon juice (fresh)
📍 1 oz Midori liqueur
📍 2 egg whites

DIRECTIONS

Fill chilled glasses with ice. Shake all ingredients with ice for 1-2 mins and strain into glasses. Rim your glasses with black salt for drama. This one practically glows in the dark.


Poison Apple Collins

INGREDIENTS per glass

📍 1 1/2 oz apple cider
📍 2 oz blanco tequila
📍 3/4 oz lemon juice (fresh)
📍 Simple syrup to taste
📍 Club soda

*For a more macro friendly apple collins, replace apple cider with calorie free sparkling water and 1 chai tea bag (+ extra for stronger flavor if desired), and/or omit the simple syrup in favor of a calorie free sweetener to taste.

DIRECTIONS

Shake together apple cider and tequila. Then add lemon juice and simple syrup to the shaker with ice, shake well and pour into your glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with ground cinnamon. Even the pickiest drinker will pick this poison.


Haunted Buttered Rum

INGREDIENTS per glass

For spiced butter:
📍 1/2 cup butter
📍 1/2 cup brown sugar
📍 1 tsp cinnamon
📍 1/2 tsp each nutmeg & ginger

For cocktails:
📍 2 tbsp spiced butter
📍 3 cups boiling water
📍 6 oz rum
📍 2 oz orange juice
📍 Orange zest

*For a more macro friendly buttered rum, replace orange juice with calorie free orange soda and use a low calorie brown sugar replacement such as Truvia in your spiced butter.

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients for your spiced butter in a bowl and mix until light and fluffy. Add 2 tbsp butter into each glass. Add 1 1/2 oz rum into each glass and top with 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir well and add a splash of orange juice. Garnish with orange zest. This drink will haunt you for years to come.


Margari-Tears

INGREDIENTS per glass

📍 2 oz apple cider
📍 2 oz pear juice
📍 1 1/2 oz gold tequila
📍 1 oz Grand Mariner
📍 Lime

Spiced sugar rim: combine 1 cup sugar, 1-2 tsp cinnamon and a pinch of cloves and/or nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Rim your glasses if desired. Add ice to glasses and squeeze lime over the ice. Comine all ingredients in your shaker and shake with ice for ~15 seconds. Strain into your glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Have a sip; it'll bring you to tears.

📍 10 oz apple cider
📍 4-5 oz bourbon
📍 2 tsp each lemon and orange juice (fresh)

DIRECTIONS

Boil together cider, cinnamon and anise in a sauce pan and simmer 10-15 mins. Stir in honey. Add bourbon, lemon and orange juice. Pour into mugs and garnish with an apple wedge. It's truly to die for.

📍 6 fresh mint leaves
📍 1 tsp honey
📍 2 oz pomegranate juice
📍 1 1/2 oz white rum
📍 Ice
📍 2 oz club soda
📍 Pomegranate seeds for garnish

*For a more macro friendly mojito, replace honey with sugar free maple syrup or other sugar free sweetener of choice.

DIRECTIONS

Muddle mint leaves and honey in the bottom of your glass until broken and fragrant. Pour in pomegranate juice, rum, honey and ice. Top with club soda and pomegranate seeds. Morticia color wheel approved.
