MACROS: 60 calories | 5 carbs, 0 fats, 10 protein
📍 4 oz cold coffee (we like PR Blend here. Doesn't have to be cold brew, just cold)
📍 1 oz cardamom infused simple syrup (2 tbsp cardamom pods, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water)
📍 1/2-1 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
📍 1 scoops Clearly Collagen (optional for protein)
📍 Soda water as needed
STEP 1: To make your cardamom infused simple syrup, crush the cardamom pods until they're cracked and the seeds are released. Add pods, water and sugar to a sauce pan and boil lightly for 3-5 minutes. Let it cool before you store it (strained or unstrained, either way).
STEP 2: Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice, topping with your fizzy water of choice. BOOM! Garnish with a lemon wedge if desired.
