C&K Fat Free Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

C&K FAT FREE VANILLA PROTEIN ICE CREAM

Heat wave? We've got you. Quit paying $5+ for a pint of "protein" ice cream that's got 100g carbs and 20g protein 🙄. This protein ice cream is witchcraft (you won't know you're eating cottage cheese and egg whites, we promise). With INSANE macros, it's basically pure protein--but extremely creamy. The texture is unreal and what really sets this recipe apart. If you didn't already know it was essentially fat free, you'd NEVER guess it.

MACROS: 288 cal | 10g carbs, 4g fats, 50g protein

INGREDIENTS (Recipe makes 1 pint-sized serving)

📍 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
📍 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
📍 Yolk of 1 egg
📍 1 scoop Clearly Collagen
📍 1-2 tsp vanilla flavor depending on preference
📍 1-2 tsp stevia/powdered sweetener of choice depending on preference
📍 OPTIONAL: 1/2 tbsp Vodka (you won't taste it) or liquid glycerin to keep it from turning icy when you freeze.

*TASTE BEFORE YOU FREEZE if you're not sure about how much vanilla flavor or sweetener you want to use. You may have to experiment to get this right for your personal preferences.

*Add any additives you want to this ice cream. Think of it as a base "flavor" for infinite possibilities. Almond extract for almond; lemon juice for lemon; cocoa powder for chocolate....


DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth with no chunks. Taste and add sweetener or vanilla as desired.

STEP 2: Add to your ice cream maker and follow manufacturer instructions.


STEP 3: Pop in the freezer to set for 20 mins and it's ready for you to tear into!
