📍 2 cups unsweetened oat milk (or dairy free milk of choice)
📍 1/2 frozen banana
📍 2 tbsp ripe avocado
📍 1 tbsp molasses
📍 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
📍 1 tsp cinnamon
📍 1/2 tsp allspice
📍 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
