It's fudge, so rest assured. It's good. Not to mention—mocha almond? Here for it. It's the perfect treat for the holiday season. This fudge is rich, smooth, decadent... not to mention: paleo, vegan AND refined sugar free. But you'd never know it. Too good to be true? We think not. Here's how to make the easiest (healthy) fudge ever:
MACROS per serving: 220 calories | 25g carbs, 18g fats, 4g protein
INGREDIENTS (serves 8):
📍 3/4 cup STRONG brewed C&K coffee (boiling) (we recommend the Coffee of the Month)
📍 1 scoop Vanilla Clearly Caffeine
📍 1/2 cup chopped almonds
📍 200g pitted dates
📍 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
📍 120g coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1: Line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper so you can get the goods out later.
STEP 2: In a bowl, soak your dates in boiling hot coffee for a few minutes, covered with cling wrap.
STEP 3: Add your dates + coffee and coconut oil to a food processor or blender and blitz until it's smooth.
STEP 4: Add your cocoa powder to your blender and blitz till smooth. Mix in chopped almonds.
STEP 5: Pour your mixture into your 8x8" pan and smooth out the top. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
