C&K ICED BROWN SUGAR OAT MILK SHAKEN ESPRESSO
Dairy free, gluten free, and a protein boost in this version of a shaken espresso! We're not saying that makes it better than other shaken espressos, but it IS better for you and just as good. Extremely refreshing and the perfect level of sweetness to quench that thirst.
MACROS: 150 cal | 29g carbs, 0g fats, 10g protein
📍 2 shots C&K espresso (we recommend Night Train for this one)
📍 1 scoop Clearly Collagen
📍 1 oz oat milk (or milk of choice)
📍 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
📍 1/4 tsp cinnamon
📍 2 tbsp brown sugar
📍 1.5 tbsp water
STEP 1: Bring your water, brown sugar, and vanilla to a boil in a small pot and simmer for 3 mins before setting aside.
STEP 2: Add your espresso, syrup from step 1, cinnamon and ice to a shaker and shake shake shake it until it's good 'n' frothy.
STEP 3: Pour step 2 into a glass with ice if you want/need more and top with your oat milk.
