C&K Iced Horchata Latte (with Vegan, Dairy Free, Sugar Free Options)

Start your day with a bit of protein, spice, and everything nice (and caffeinated): HORCHATA. LATTE. Need we say more? This latte can be vegan, dairy free, sugar free, you name it. Customize to your specific dietary needs without sacrificing flavor. Pour it over ice and enjoy this insanely refreshing (and tasty) latte. Here's how it's done:

MACROS: 270 cal | 32 carbs, 9 fats, 16 protein

INGREDIENTS (makes 4)

📍 3/4 cups long-grain white rice
📍 4 scoops Clearly Collagen
📍 1/2 cup almonds
📍 3 cinnamon sticks
📍 4 shots C&K espresso (we recommend Thunderbolt)
📍 1/4 cup monk fruit OR 3 tbsp honey
📍 Pinch of salt
📍 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
📍 3 tbsp heavy cream or milk of choice (optional, not included in macros)

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Make your horchata! Blend together your rice, almonds and cinnamon sticks. Add 2 cups of water and blend again. Then refrigerate for 6-12 hours.

STEP 2: Strain your horchata through a double layer of cheesecloth into a bowl. Whisk in your monk fruit/honey, salt, vanilla extract, and any cream or milk if you're using it.

STEP 3: Fill an 8 oz glass with ice and pour in your shot of espresso. Top with your horchata and enjoy!
