Concoct your breakfast superfood coffee masterpiece in one simple step: make a SUPER-CREAMER. Tired of all the extra time and effort it takes to add all your various power-powders to your coffee? Here's how to make a keto friendly, dairy free coffee creamer that will not only taste delicious, but it will balance your hormones, blood sugars, and give you a big ol' dose of micronutrients.
INGREDIENTS (makes 32 oz)
📍 2 cans full fat coconut milk
📍 8 scoops Clearly Collagen
📍 2 tbsp ghee
📍 2 tbsp MCT oil
📍 2 tsp maca powder
📍 1/8 tsp cinnamon
📍 1/8 tsp himalayan salt
📍 1 tsp honey
📍 1 tbsp vanilla extract
STEP 1: Over low heat, warm your coconut milk, stirring occasionally.
STEP 2: Mix in your collagen. Once dissolved, add in your ghee and MCT oil.
STEP 3: Once your fats are mixed in, stir in your powders (maca powder, cinnamon and salt) followed by the honey and a tbsp of vanilla extract.
STEP 4: Blend well in your blender.
STEP 5: Pour your creamer into a glass bottle for storage and shake it. Let it cool to room temperature, shaking occasionally, before storing it in the fridge.
