C&K Lemon Turmeric Energy Bites


This is what instant snacking is all about. Keto friendly, grain free, refined sugar free, gluten free, AND low carb. Pop one--or two--or three, and you're done. Quick energy and a quick fix: the perfect combo. Plus, reap all the recovery benefits of your friend turmeric.

MACROS per bite: 104 calories | 3g carbs, 9g fats, 3g protein

INGREDIENTS (makes 25 bites)

📍 2 scoops Clearly Collagen
📍 2 scoops Vanilla Clearly Caffeine
📍 2 cups nut blend of choice (we used 50/50 walnuts and cashews)
📍 1 cup desiccated coconut (we used sweetened but unsweetened works well too)
📍 1/4 cup coconut oil or coconut butter
📍 3/4 tsp turmeric
📍 1/4 cup lemon juice
📍 pinch of salt and pepper


STEP 1: Blitz nuts in your food processor until it's a flour-like consistency.

STEP 2: Add your remaining ingredients and blend well. You should have a dough-like texture, although it will be oily.

STEP 3: Roll your dough into 1" diameter balls and coat them in a layer of coconut flakes. Pop them in the freezer to set and bam, you're done!
