The perfect breakfast on-the-go. When you can't drink your coffee, EAT IT. No bake, grain free, gluten free--and EASY AS CAN BE.
MACROS per bite (makes ~20): 80 cal | 5g carbs, 5g fats, 4g protein
📍 28g finely chopped almonds
📍 4 scoops Clearly Collagen
📍 3-4 tbsp ground C&K coffee
📍 1/3 cup almond butter
📍 1/3 cup maple syrup (can use honey)
📍 2/3 cup almond flour
📍 1 tsp almond extract
📍 2 tbsp vanilla powder (can add more to taste) plus extra for dusting
STEP 1: Grind yo' coffee and chop yo' almonds.
STEP 2: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, adding maple syrup last. We started with a spoon and conceded to using our hands.
STEP 3: Roll into bite size balls and dust with vanilla powder. We garnished each of ours with their own personal almonds (optional). Freeze or keep in fridge to maintain freshness.
