The ULTIMATE power breakfast: caffeinated granola?! 🤯 Coffee, chocolate, and oats--this is the best way to start your morning. Have it with milk and drink leftover "mocha milk" when you're done. Ohhh yeah. Time to upgrade your granola game.
MACROS per serving (serves 6): 280 calories | 33g carbs, 14g fats, 12g protein
*Note: macros will vary per mix-ins
📍 1 shot C&K espresso (we recommend Wake n Cake or PR Blend)
📍 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup
📍 3 tbsp dutch processed cocoa powder
📍 3 cups oats
📍 1/4 cup mix-ins of choice X3 (we used pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and chopped walnuts)
📍 1/3 cup chocolate chips of choice (we used Lily's dark chocolate)
📍 3/4 tsp salt
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 325F. In a bowl, mix together your espresso, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and cocoa powder.
STEP 2: Add in your oats, mix-ins of choice, and salt and mix well.
STEP 3: Bake for 25 mins, but rotate the tray and give it a good mix halfway through.
STEP 4: Remove from oven and mix in your chocolate chips to create "clusters" as it cools. Voila!
