C&K TAHINI ESPRESSO SMOOTHIE
This one's for you in the back with the nut allergy. We see you. Tahini butter is the star of this show with its toasty sesame flavors and aaall the gooey goodness. Pair it with a strong espresso and notes of cinnamon and you've got a serious winner here. Another great breakfast smoothie to give you your daily caffeine boost (one of them, anyway) and some healthy fats to get your day stated right.
MACROS: 260 cal | 33g carbs, 10g fats, 15g protein
📍 1 frozen banana
📍 1-2 shots of C&K espresso (we used Night Train)
📍 1 scoop Clearly Collagen
📍 2-3 ice cubes
📍 1/2 cup plant milk (we used almond)
📍 1 pitted date
📍 1 tsp cinnamon
📍 1 tbsp tahini butter (can use any nut butter instead)
📍 1/2 tsp xanthan gum for thicker texture (optional)
📍 Sprinkle of salt
📍 Optional: add cocoa powder for a chocolatey flavor!
STEP 1: Add all ingredients to your blender and blend! THAT'S ALL, FOLKS. One and done.
