MACROS per latte: 118 calories | 5.5g carbs, 6g fats, 10.5g protein
INGREDIENTS:
๐ 4-6oz brewed C&K coffee
๐ 4oz almond milk (or other milk of choice)
๐ 1 scoop Clearly Collagen
๐ 1 tsp ghee
๐ 1 tsp coconut sugar
๐ 1 tsp turmeric
๐ Pinch of ground cardamom
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1: Brew your coffee. If you use espresso, dilute your shot with 4-6oz hot water.
STEP 2: Add your clearly collagen, ghee, coconut sugar, turmeric and cardamom to your coffee. Blend with a hand blender until the ghee is completely emulsified.
STEP 3: Froth your milk of choice and add to your coffee mix.
