C&K Zero Calorie, Sugar Free Caramel Simple Syrup for Coffee

Give your morning coffee a dose of caramel goodness with none of the sugar or calories. Think: caramel cold brew... caramel latte... caramel macchiato... 😍 Honestly, it's a dream come true. This recipe is EASY, FAST, and TASTY. What more could you ask for?

INGREDIENTS

📍 3 cups water
📍 1 1/2 cups sugar substitute of choice (we like monkfruit)
📍 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
📍 1 tsp vanilla extract
📍 1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil and whisk in your sugar substitute. Simmer until it's golden brown (~20 mins)

STEP 2: Heat the other 1.5 cups of water and add it to the pot, lowering the heat.

STEP 3: Add your remaining ingredients (vanilla, maple syrup and salt) and whisk till dissolved.

STEP 4: Turn off your heat and let it cool (the longer, the more flavorful).

STEP 5: Store it in a jar/bottle and refrigerate.
