INGREDIENTS (makes rub for 1-2 steaks)
📍 2 tbsp finely ground C&K coffee (he recommends PR Blend)
📍 2 tbsp coarse salt
📍 2 tbsp garlic powder
📍 2 tbsp smoked paprika
📍 1 tbsp pepper
📍 1 tbsp crushed coriander
📍 1 tbsp onion powder
📍 1 tsp chili powder
📍 1/2 tsp cayenne
PRO TIP: Once you rub up your steak, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before you cook it to let the rub adhere to the meat! Ryan recommends Ribeye or New York strips, but choose any other cut if you prefer.
