Hi Magnu - I saw your review of the Caffeine and Kilos shirt. Quick question - after a wash, does the print feel better?

I love the brand. The quality and customer service need work. I ordered two T-shirts, which I love very much. However, one completely fell apart in the wash. All of the stitching at the bottom of the shirt completely came out. I’ve never had this happen with another article of clothing. Sometimes we get lemons, no big deal. However, I sent a message to customer service on September 2. I received an automated response that promised a response from a human within three business days. Nine days later on September 11, I finally received that response. I promptly responded and as of September 14, I still have not received a response. Based on my first query, I can assume it will be nine days. As much as I love the brand and the shirts I’ve ordered. I’m questioning whether I will return as a customer. It’s very clear to me that whoever is responsible for customer service is likely a virtual assistant and with the inexpensive nature of hiring VA internationally it makes absolutely zero sense to keep your customers waiting this long. There is no higher priority than customer service. Period.
