C&K has definitely fallen off. I’ve been a customer for the last 10 years and it’s really disappointing to have gotten such poor customer service AND poor quality products. I would rather deal with the poor quality issues directly with the company and be on my way without writing a bad review, but I reached out three separate times to initiate a return and I never got a response (still haven’t!).

The graphic on this sweater is a cheap plastic, iron on material that’ll more than likely crack or peel off with a couple of washes. It’s not the usual sublimation or screen printing as before.

Save your money and don’t buy this item, and if you do end up buying anything and need to make a return, Godspeed.
